1. Purchasing and Ordering:

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • We only ship within the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the personal nature of our products and cross contamination, we do not accept returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately and upload image proof of damage for a replacement.

  • Damage to products by children, pets, or mishandling does not qualify you for a replacement.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal service.

  • We recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance for added protection.
