Shipping

We ship our soaps in either bubble envelopes or USPS flat rate boxes.  We do not do fancy schmancy boxes because the cost to our customers would mean higher prices.  Many times we will use recycled packaging - like don't be surprised if we reuse an Amazon bubble envelope - to help create zero waste and keep us as Eco-friendly as possible.  We are big time recyclers, not cheapskates.

Since Covid, we do not accept returns or give refunds.  However, if your order is severely damaged enroute, please take a picture of the damage and the packaging then contact us immediately through our website.  You will need to attach the images to your email.  We will get back to you within 24 hours to help.

NOTE:  Damage done by children, pets, or natural disasters does not qualify for a new order to be sent out to you.

We will always check the weather conditions in your area before sending out your order.  If we see a problem, we will contact you.

For the Christmas Season:  Gift Orders must be placed no later than Dec.14 to ensure on-time-arrival for Christmas.
